and some others i seen when in battle like wrong sprites for player animation in battle when hit by enemy...i got scared...no i didn't but i did die, lol...

here is a module that I hope you will better understand how data works just run it for a while to see how it works and look at the code in editor I comment the code to break it down for each step. if you have volume up you will hear it speak each letter to the color on the screen at that moment enjoy. the key be open till 1/18/16 for DATA_HELP key > D3DZ473

3. the 3rd. rule don't be afraid to ask a question if you get stuck on making your game but try to figure it out yourself before you ask, we seem to learn better that way.

2. the 2nd. rule is get use to the tools you are using to better understand how they work. like understanding each command and how it can be used. me I make a test module for each command and test it that way, and look at how others use it to better grap how it works, to set a standard in my mind on how to use the command, ect.

think about how you want the game to work and interact with the user and note that in your project book too, draw a ruff draft of how you like the interface to look, some or all art, music, ect.

1. Well number 1 rule to making a game is don't give up on your project! It will take time researching, and creating the code, art, ect. You will notice more time will be on research on learning new technique to get started, like first write down on paper or a subject notebook for just that project. make a flow chart of how you like the game to be in steps for all events to the game,

and now sets a hand held game device that is way more powerful then anything from that timeline in my hands, now that is awesome! where well gaming device's be in another 30 years will you be amazed! if i'm still alive I know I will.

the days of VHF and UHF the day we used antenna's for tv and books for our google and internet......Lol.....when mtv play music videos tv was black and white.... old technology was more reliable and work all the time. yes when basic was using what you call pmodem now on a tinbox because window did not exist! goolge what we called a computer before the pc.

it last image I was working on it my avatar online I used on other sites but on petit computer for my game it the first logo you see when game starts. The logo start as a animation like old analog tv when signal was weak it show main title screen with that image scroll from up to down with gline for horizontal static plus,well if you had tv in 80's no cable you know what i'm talking about!

later I deside to sell my 3ds or give it to one of my grandkid and i remove the key from slot to reset it so my grandkid can have all slots again is there a way to keep it around for the community too learn from and enjoy the hard work put into it, say someone 2yrs from no got smilebasic and wanted that one tool or game to learn from or use..

oh one more thing to bring up I notice about the cloud feature for smilebasic I notice a lot of keys to good tools games, ect not working now... lets say im done my game I make my key public now i have 3 file slots left for cloud and i use them later for other projects, the first one was a game all like because it was a well made game... now to the point.

I'm asking this question on limitation of smile basic with grp image, sprite image, and bg image what the color limit and use limit of each and is grp handled the same as sprites? 2nd. I ask this before hand to compere smilebasic with petit computer on limits as I port my game over to smilebasic and better understanding on rewriting the game engine for smilebasic. thankyou for your input!

there a nice help system for each command and samples in the editor to help you as you code your game that is a plus too smilebasic that ptc lacked plus, people here will help if you get stuck on something, but just remember dont give up your get it!
