You should be able to use the characters as long as you say they don't belong to you, but to Nintendo, I think. As long as your project isn't a blatant copy of any of their games, it should fall under fair use as a parody work.

No reason to get mad... All I'm saying is that you shouldn't complain if this gets taken down by the owner or SmileBoom, were you to upload it.

It's probably harder than it sounds! You'd probably have to use Fourier transformations (And that probably means using integrals), the mic sound quality would probably have to be set pretty high, which means shorter mic sampling, and who knows what else.

It's not that you can't upload it, but you shouldn't, because uploading someone else's project (even if it's modified) is not a very nice thing to do. If you still want to do it, you should at least ask the original developer for permission.

There was only one Starfy title released in NA... And it was for DS IIRC.

The download of that project included libraries to make stuff like that (LED games).

SmileBASIC doesn't have maps as much as it haves programs/projects. People frequently post the keys to their programs in this community, so look around!
