For my RPG, what form of battle should I use?

Top down action (IE the Legend of Zelda) Side scrolling action (ie Super Smash Bros) or turn based action (pokemon) Please tell me which one you'd prefer!

Welcome a mi casa! RPG log 3: rocks now tell you stuff when you look at them, also, most importantly, you can enter houses with doors! Didn't have much time to work on it yesterday.

What's this, town to the right? RPG log 2: added signs and better text boxes. Added (but havent used) choice boxes. Moving is all good now, even better than before. 3D effects also added.

Working on my first RPG log 1: got map loading down, now moving is being buggy. Text box code is done, besides answer boxes. Going well for day 2.

Sweet, got some fair work done on my image editor. It will edit them pixel-per-pixel or hand-drawn, and will have some cool features (like Deresolute, as shown). More work tomorrow including actually editing!

Haha, brilliant! I successfully shrunk graphics into a lower quality (using the BG gpage as a source). Now to add zooming in... And zooming out keeping image quality.
