So apparently I have to use SPDEF. When I was fiddling around with SPDEF, I noticed that SPHOME was still a thing. I decided to try it, and it worked as before...except... When I used SPCHR to change the sprite in my control loop, it reset the coordinates of the control point to 0,0. In PTC, SPHOME set the origin of the sprite via the control #. Even if you changed the sprite with SPCHR,

Alright Miiverse, announcing MAGESP, useful sprite tools created by expert Japanese SB programmer Mage! You'll find 3 tools, one is this EZ sprite animator which lets you put moving "GIF"s even with zero knowledge of the codes! You can't button-control the GIF as-is, but I think people will enjoy having a moving GIF as decoration! I'll introduce the other 2 in the comments. KEY: E3V4V8QV

Magic Story, created by Rukaka, is a homage to Sega's Madö Monogatari back in the 90s (now Sorcery Saga on Vita). How do I save text from an "INPUT"? In petit computer you would use (SAVE"MEM:data") but it seems like that does not work in the new version.
