Came back and I aim to get back to working on BitByte MML! I just designed more sprites but got stuck - anyone know if there is any difference in appearence between a acoustic piano and a bright acoustic piano?
I was kind of bored and made a spiral generating program! It includes variables to customize the quality, size, spacing between additional lines, speed of rotation, and max radius.
Just finished making this. Still going with a somewhat retro theme for BitByte MML, I tried to make this font similar to ones used for many NES games. I'll probably make a custom font option somewhere too!
Just a few more sprites for BitByte MML. I don't think I'll need too many as this will be mostly graphic drawn. I'm going for a darkish theme like... well, a lot of other editors out there x) I'm thinking of going for an Adobe-ish theme, similar to Photoshop and Illustrator.
All in... well, an hour or two's work! Fixed a bunch of pretty annoying bugs and now the enemy speed change has an effect. POLYGON Patch 1.0.2 is now available! Key: [NK4P4EBD]
Starting up a new project (no, I'm not quitting work on POLYGON!) with a more tool-style goal, I'll see what I can do with this... Hopefully it'll be helpful in POLYGON's 'Musical Update' too! As a side note, I've removed all of my projects from the server except POLYGON.
Using a simple program I quickly wrote, I'm trying to find the smallest possible number divisible by everything under 100! 360360 only works consecutively up to 16, but wow! 190 factors!
Been a while, haven't touched this in at least a month, but while bored in mathematics class, I made a small, simple program that finds any whole factors of a number and saves them, on a TI-83. It took two hours for it to get the same result shown here!
Oh noes! Looks like I found a bug in 1.0.1 already. After retrying a game after failing with the gameplay screen set to the touch screen, the borders are drawn on the wrong page. I'll keep an eye out, and roll out a 1.0.2 patch soon. Report any bugs in POLYGON's latest update here, much appreciated!

- Added an enemy indicator, points to next enemy before it reaches game screen.

- Option saving, loading, and reset to defaults
- Balanced some difficulty

POLYGON 1.0.1's gameplay screen option came along nicely! I did accidentally create a tricky bug that got rid of the player sprite because XSCREEN was called repetitively in a loop, luckily I managed to track it down. Down to the last of this update's features!
Now I've added a MetaCube power-up indicator that tells you the name of the power-up you got and starts pulsing when it's about to run out! I'd like some feedback though, would it be worth keeping the control style option for 1.0.1? I think POLYGON would be almost unplayable with the circle pad. Any thoughts?

Back from my summer trip! Still working on POLYGON 1.0.1, it's nearly complete. Now that I've implemented options saving, I just need to get controls options to work. Please report any bugs found in 1.0 here so I can fix them, this is a patch after all!

I won't be able to post screenshots of POLYGON's next patch until sometime after this weekend, I can't connect my 3DS to internet. Most features are now added including an enemy indicator, options saving, and smarter power-ups, after that it's back to bugfixing! If you found a bug in POLYGON 1.0, please report it here! Wow, even my initialization routines can take up a lot of space! I'm still working on POLYGON Patch 1.0.1, currently adding options saving and automatic loading on startup so you can quickly jump into the game with your favorite settings ;) I'm also adding a 'reset options' button to revert them to defaults.
My new personal best at POLYGON using the default settings! I got the VANISH power-up but my luck with its 75% chance to have enemies miss ran out pretty quick XD
