Then do SPSCALE 0,1,1
if the sprite doesn't load. That also increases the size by X, then Y. (Everything having to do with XY coordinates is set up like X,Y). Now to change where the sprite is, do SPOFS 0,X,Y.
Go back to the script and then type in the ID number for the sprite first, which you will use for any changes to the sprite (0-511). Then put a comma and then the X,Y coordinates for the sprite, seperated by commas as shown above.
SPSET 0,0,258
@Aidan Also, here's some help on sprites because you're going to need it. First, go to the Smile tool and select PAINT, then on the bottom screen you can select the area of sprites you want to select. Then, on the top screen you will see the coordinates for the sprite. These will come in handy later.
Well, It would be better if the whole world was the HUB world, and then you access doors that lead to seperate levels because the game is supposed to be an adventure game. But Guzma's house should be where you can access some levels.
@Isaac Are you actually joining or do you just want the game? We haven't started any major programming yet.
@Guzma Could you start work on the the Title Screen? You don't have to add the name because we haven't agreed on one yet.
I think I've done enough for today; I've already finished the placeholder for the intro level. And I only have 2 posts left on this account anyways, so bye! We're making great progress!
@Aidan I love that segment! That place in which you meet that Foodie should be in some sort of ice mountain area, and instead of teaching you the controls, he teaches you just the Yolk Copter. Also, I'm fine with references if done right (like that one).
