私も家族も花粉症のため、毎年この時期になると、どんなに天気がよかろうと、洗濯物を外に干せず、部屋干し＋扇風機でしのいでいます。で、扇風機が回る様子を眺めていて、ふと、これをプチコンで表現できないか？と思いまして、やってみました。 いえ、ただそれだけなんですけどね。恐縮です。

I'm very glad to win two prizes. Of course I prayed to be awarded my first prize, however I wasn't able to be entirely anticipated winning the GRAND PRIZE! As you already know, it takes a long time for me to finish making a game, then I cannot release games so frequently. Every chance I get I'm going to make games.
