Gravity simulation?

So I'm trying to make two objects attract towards each other using Newton equation of gravity, but I have no idea how to code this. If someone could make a little demo I can understand by reading the code.

3D Engine update! Changelog: - Fixed wall rendering bug. (yay) - Walking into the wall straight on no longer causes a divide by zero error. - Added start menu. - Added tags to each corner to make changing the wall code easier. - Other minor changes. Made a new program called Line. It's just a little demo I made trying to convert C's language to Smile Basic's language. L is to show a line, R is for a box (pretty trippy) and L+R is both. Change speed with Circle Pad.

The touch screen for my Mega Man game is an interactive GUI! The bottom rectangles are tabs for the different windows. There's a map, weapon selection, items (E tanks and such), and the one you see here, the Health, ammo and number of lives, as well as megaman's color.
