this is one of my most detailed sprites i have made and by far the coolest and best ive made..
sorry for the bad view, there will be better in the next post..
it will be used in our game AfterWar. (unless i lose it which would be sad because i worked really hard on it)
does gcopy have a cetain range?
because some of my spawned cactuses are getting chopped down here.. and if so is there any way around it?
but i got rocks and cactuses to spawn in the dessert and i might make some locations to go to such as buildings
random map generation done though really need to make something to prevent crashing/getting stuch in blocks. (i have an idea though)
now you may be wondering why i keep putting random poles in pictures.. well theres a very good explanation to that.
one that ill think of soon..
jk but its the only bg sprite that looks good as an object.. or atleast decent
so im going to make a custom sprite collision thingy then a map generator then maybe a game also really cool thing! in spooky maze calc never made the maps, they just built themselves! or as far as i can see they did..
anyways really loving rearning raycasting!
snow/cloud themed here with a cool block i made in the back..
anyways i really need help figuring out the object stuff, how do i tell when they are hitting the player?
it must be simple but which variables do i use?
I finally figured out this.. (adding objects) it was just making a simple spawn code! though i honestly dont know why it helped lol but calc used it in spooky maze which is really smart, just a simple SPAWNITEM and then where to spawn it.
will be useful for levels like he did also i think im getting better finally.
SNAKE.IO COMING TO SB SOON!
jk but i really dont know what happened.. i turned around to see this.. what a frightening sight!
anyways
IT WAS AT THIS MOMENT J.P. REALIZED HOW SKWEWED HE WAS BECAUSE HE ALREADY SAVED.
in spooky maze calc used some code to put a chunk of bg tiles onto a sprite sheet but not all the bg tiles, i want to know how this could be done.. does anyone know?
