Do what you want to do for what you are doing, but when you start a new project try implementing the things they suggested. That's what I do.

How did that happen? lmao! I know of a glitch with 10 rocks that will charge you half price and put you into the negative. But not a million off 100 rock haha

RSPB4AD I added some story to go with a simple rpg battle system I made a while back. Should I pursue this style of game?

I would like to not have to be moving to swing the pick :p New areas, new minerals, new sprites. Some orange/brown rocks for copper. Silver, gold, etc. The ability to sell raw ore or smelt it down to sell ingots [like runescape]

You can make a straight carbon copy of ANY game you want and face no legal repercussions. But the moment you try to distribute that copywright material you open yourself up to legal repercussions.
