It's a shame VVVVVV was taken down from the eShop because of softmodding purposes, hopefully this will bring gamers who missed such a great game a good look at it in another style
Nopes, which user on SmileBASIC Source are you anyways, because you couldn't have gotten the information from elsewhere :?
[It also clearly says 12Me21 made the post btw :P]
HexaDodge [KSJJX3D]
I give all the inspirational credit to Terry Cavanagh for making such an amazing PC game
Very early build :P
Credits on bottom screen
[LEFT] Move player token left
[RIGHT] Move player token right
Dodge walls, how many points can you rank up before you hit a wall :?
I also modified the tune to make all notes one semitone lower and got rid of some sharps because it felt kind of too high pitched for my tastes(in a bass :P)
Now I'm finally done :) Won't release this 'till tomorrow cause I need my rest :P Welp, here's a screenshot of the mainmenu, have fun looking at it for 12 hours
An update on Shmexagon(new name, have a better one, comment below). If anybody is willing to send in music resources, I'd be glad :) (has to be fast paced and energetic :P)
Jeeze, the things in N# are amazing when stacked next to SmileBASIC, honestly, I might start using this over SmileBASIC one day(once I'm experienced with N# and understand what I can get out of it :P)
Very interesting, I'm sure the games features and rich gameplay make this a truly legendary experience. But, you forgot one thing man:
KEYYYYYY PLSSSSS!1!1
This game was m8/8
@BeefJerky, those keys do not work anymore(I should know, I published them) and SmileOS is renamed to Jewel btw. The key for the latest release: P28XCE8V
SmileDOS runs native SmileBASIC commands and I cannot prevent syntax errors from there, using that incorrectly may be dangerous or harmful(maybe I should add a disclaimer next time)
I'll fix the file explorer
