When you said "one of your projects will be main, secondary,etc based on your rank," does that mean we all share projects? or do we do them separately?

I'm liking the sound of leveling up your own rank. not so sure about the second idea. I think the rest of the team should put their ideas in this level idea.

That sounds like a good idea except for the REAL noobs that know nothing, I can't imagine them making a game.

Maybe you could ask them to make a game according to their skills, and then you could play it to see how skilled they are.
