Whoops, you'll have to load the program directly. If you try using it from the menu, it will end. ( I didn't put a loop ).
Also, it should be fine on an old 3DS.
*Things to note*
1. I did not test this on an O3DS. Too lazy to do it.
2. There are two version, one w/o comments and one with comments (GRPPUT_C).
3. I'm still a novice, so I apologize in advance for any inconveniences while reading the code.
Let me know if you have any questions.
I will post some of my code at a later time. I'm currently busy doing some other things. I will post it ASAP...as soon as I clean the "spaghetti" out of it.
One of the abilities of my user-defined command is to take a specified graphic area and convert its color in the opposite direction (White blance instead of black). For instance, if you used SPCOLOR, you could change its color, but it would get darker as a result. With my command, it can go in the opposite way, and get lighter.
Is there already a command that does this? I feel like there is...

Sometimes, here on miiverse, you will see people post codes for things they've developed. Once you have a code, go to the main menu, publish/download, and go from there.
You can also visit SmileBasicSource.com. There's a library of games/resources you can use.
Also, if you continue to have trouble, you could always try drawing the body, followed by the cloak, to get a better idea of how it's supposed to move.
Nice sprite.
