Sadly, the answer is no. This is not a game, it is a scripting language known as BASIC, which you can use to create programs/games. While it's not the best for game scripting, a lot of programmers started out with BASIC, so it is a great place to start. If you wanted to, you could recreate that game you were talking about in BASIC. :)

Adding on to Devons post, BASIC is a very old scripting language used on computers such as the Commodore 64 (C64). While it's not the best language to write a game/program in today it is very reliable, with a few popular games originally being written in BASIC, like Test Drive, which I consider to be a bery fine example of BASIC scripting.
