Sadly, the answer is no. This is not a game, it is a scripting language known as BASIC, which you can use to create programs/games. While it's not the best for game scripting, a lot of programmers started out with BASIC, so it is a great place to start. If you wanted to, you could recreate that game you were talking about in BASIC. :)

There actually is the ability to create music in this game via MML, and I've actually already downloaded an MML editing tool! So you can create music if you want, although I'm not sure if it's quite as good as an app devoted to creating music.
