I've changed the ladder to a door now, but the placing and size isn't right. I would change it, but because of the way this sample program was programmed, I'm not sure if i would be able to figure out how to do so. Also, if anyone else has a better door sprite, could i possibly use it? Anyway, after i add a few more things, this should be usable in one of my games.

I finally finished changing the treasure chest to a key! Though, i had to add one pointless option to get it to work like i want it to. Next up is editing the ladders!

Huh, i can't seem to find the line of code that makes the treasure chest sprite appear? Could someone help me out with this? (If you are wondering, I'm trying to modify the example game "GAME2RPG")

Ok, so it seems like i have succeeded in getting rid of the enemies, now to try and tweak the treasure chests... (Help me please...)

Actually, couldn't i just copy this sample's code, then cut out what i don't need? Though, i would probably have to make several little tweeks to make it the way i would want it to be, so if anyone would be willing to help me with that, i would be very appreciative.

I'm thinking of making a game with this sort of gameplay style, but i need an easier way to do so, since my way of re-creating this style would make it more complicated to create.

I've never used sprites in any of my programs, so I'm not exactly sure. Though, there should be some people here who know how to do that.

If I'm not mistaken, you can only move sprites with the circle pad, but I'm not certain on that since I'm not a pro at this language.

Teaser: Light... This is just another little teaser for an un-announced game of mine. This teaser may give you all barely any info on the game, but that's what teasers are for! Anywho, i can't pinpoint a near exact release date, because if i do then it will make me feel like I'm rushing to get the game out, plus i think its a bit early to set a release date for this game.

I'm not exactly sure what you meant, but i just ended up with what i had before, which isn't exactly what i wanted. If you can, could you give me an example program of what you were talking about, or maybe a screenshot? All i need is a way to store variables with strings... (well, if that is possible)

I'm not a pro at this language, but I'm thinking it's because of your use of GOSUB in @BTNCHECK Try changing it to GOTO but just to make sure, did you set the PLACE variable to 0 like this: PLACE=0 Also, if you did, then did you use ACLS instead of CLS? I don't comepletely understand ACLS, but if I'm correct it clears everything on the screen, and variables, but again, I'm not a pro at this...

And one more screenshot. Basically i am trying to get it to read which ANS$ it got, then depending on which answer you got, it sets the ROLL variable to that number, then it prints the number below. But again, i can't get it to work, because instead it just prints "6" no matter what number you got, and i have no idea why.

Here is another screenshot if it helps. Anyway, to say what i said better, i need to know if it is at all possible to store variables inside string. I just need a function that is like rolling dice, then depending on what number it is, it sends you to a different label (or space).

Ok, so i haven't been working on Y-D-B for awhile, but now i need help with something. That something is making dice. Basically i need to know how to store variables in ANS$ code because I've been trying at it for awhile now, and i still can't find out how to do it.

Why can't you use the Dpad!? You only go in four directions, so why have the player use the circle pad? I wouldn't complain as much about that if my circle pad worked better. Also, I'm not sure if It's supposed to happen, but in the fight with the "Disturbed pineapple" it was just stuck, no matter what option i selected. Anyway...

Ugh... I'm so bothered by the fact that you have to use the circle pad, despite the fact that you can only go in four directions. It wouldn't bother me as much if my circle pad worked better, but currently it isn't. I would have finished Headache 2.0, but for one i got kinda bored, and two the circle pad thing. I'm slightly tempted to change the code so that i can use the Dpad instead...

So I'm guessing this project contains copyrighted content... If it does, then you may want to consider keeping your project as a private one. Or, you could just change all of the sprites, then i think it would be fine. If this is what i think it is, then it MAY be fine, but I'm not sure. I'm not a professional on copyrighted stuff though, so you may be fine.

Lol, i said i would change my mii back after a month, but i really don't think that is possible anymore since my wii u's gamepad charger stopped working, and i don't have my mii saved on my 3DS. Lol, people got more than they bargained for.
