As far as I know, the only one peripheral input device on 3DS is microphone. Of course 3DS has no USB interface, therefore USB keyboard cannot be available on 3DS. Nor I have never seen EXKB command before.

Neither XON EXKB nor XOFF EXKB are allowed on my SmileBASIC(3.5.1). In my opinion, it was allowed temporarily because of command syntax matching between SmileBASIC for 3DS and for WiiU. In any case, USB keyboard isn't available on 3DS.
