Perhaps, EXKB is a command expanded by BIG with keyboard connection check or something. I think that is a dummy command prepared for compatibility on the 3DS side. Ver.3.5.0 or later? I still have Ver.3.2.2 and I can not check it because I do not have BIG. Sorry.
