I finally found the issue that caused the EXPCT 6 to fail. It took longer than I'd like but at least I'm past it. :]

I'm creating a utility program that will, hopefully, assist in coding my programs.

what do you mean utility?

It's a program, named diff, that will/should help by reading my code, comparing it to an old version, and telling me the DIFFerences.
