rolling credits xscreen 4 mode for learning,ect. It works ok on a O3DS. I think mite be way better on the new systems. It does work great on a old 3ds as a single screen top or bottom in xscreen modes other then 4. your have to reset res setting back for screens you want it on in GCOPY, PRINTX, PRINTY, XSCREEN 0-3, ect. have fun learning from it. SGM Darkcon.

Ok got credit roll working good now finshed porting over from my PTC game DT-ATOAMATLK...took me a while to figure out didn't need "GRPF" after all in my var string.... now working on BG and SPANIM,BEEP, parts for credit roll engine. note this was built on a tutorial for PTC... SGM DarkCon, out.......

Ok just started to rewrite game and battle engine, remapping my variable index so I don't link to battle vars in a battle causing lost items too a party members inventory that been found in dungeon or in a battle. I name it the drop glitch. found major glitch in the map level data reading all map locations at north west area show pits, stairs,ect, when a soild wall is their facing east in DT009.SB

oh my... I never thought it can be done by sprite to get run that smooth and speed i like how it checks for the pixel color change... you never stop amazing me, with the programs you make! my jar just hit the floor! thank you.

Ok after fierce testing with gsave, gload, gcopy, sprite sheets under grp4, gpage, and display commands. I think I can start rewriting the part of my game engine for the animation...like in ptc i'll have to create the illusion of animation like short movies. now my startup logo in the game, was to show the effect with ptc on one way it can be done...

Well I think I have found the max for gsave using at one time that good to know. now to break gload and gcopy! ;)

think i'll go with light orbs for the torchlight, so what you all like for your torchlight, light illumination magic, in the game, fire element or energy orbs or a fire orb aka fireball? I'll leave it to you vote...on this topic...

ok think got it down now on using sprites... added my lamps got to make fire now and shadows, plus finish my vegetation growth....

My, my that took some time to figure out how to use spanim to animate my kittens sprites, and now their working, they need better translation on sb help, even had me confused for a little bit! The command way different from ptc's, I like it give more control over the sprite...

ok got tittle screen up and running now had to recreate the backdrop and foreground for it, looks good and, well it's not done yet still got alot of details to finish it like the kittens, ect, right now using sb sprite of cat for the sprite alinement of action to happen while just sitting on the title screen.

ok made test module to help me with color converting on objects in my game, here a door in my dark times game, it done by code, still thinking if i will make it a sprite...

well those odds are not good at level 1 for player party there all be dead at game start. going to use the original algorithm to DT battle system for ptc version the algorithm is in stages as the characters level in game easyer to add to it. the one for all approach i made here when i call on FATE_ROLL, just not going to work right as each character level up

ok characters stats are set low except i jack up to test (attack power base and weapon power base) multipliers to 18 to see if algorithm reading right on that part, after all 18 the cap max for the normal stats of a character in party. I still got work to refind it more because adding new runes, rings, armor, weapon, and magic, ect, to the DT game engine. but don't think your be a god in battle.

ok getting first time run, load screen done for my game from ptc. now have to recalibrate the loadbar for reading data during configuration setup. plus rewrite dt_file_chk to work with smile basic, before setup create main files.

so today im working out how to make my load screen to be like in my ptc version, here i got my backdrop my message window and text of position of window. now in ptc ver. i just load one image premade for screen, on sb i made one image as a sprite sheet to limit the resources of image use sense it seem to be not limit to 16 colors that i know of i can be wrong ill check later.

ok yesterday redid backdrop frame for DT-ATOAMATLK main first time run setup menu. went back to its original design liked it better still recreated with tools for smilebasic added sprite for backdrop for load bar, ect, i guess i could use pmodem to tranfer master grp but still have to resize it, so something best to redo by hand and TLC! so now this what you see as backdrop when message windows up
