[Bug] In 3.5.2, the black borders on the BG letter tiles are now transparent, rendering them harder (or impossible) to read in some games. The sprite sheet is unaffected, so these should be changed back.

This is pretty normal; the 75Hz mode on my monitor is actually about 74.8Hz.

An active internet connection is not the only valid attack vector. And you have to remember, this is Nintendo's worst-case-scenario logic. I don't agree with it either. It's worth mentioning that SB doesn't support online multiplayer, nor does it actually support a camera. I'm not sure what you're trying to say.
