No its fine if you use coding from other programs just as long as the Full game is yours, for example if you make super Mario bros I will have to reject it because its copyrighted but if it has the super Mario bros engine but has different sprites that's not copyrighted and different game then its good(also say its inspired by the Mario franchise)
