Yeah, that's the version I based it on. (I have the virtual console version, which isn't on the eShop any more, I think)
I did try switching to SRS at one point, but I didn't like the rotation very much, especially on the S and Z pieces. I did add simple wall kicks though.
There was a weird implementation of holding in an earlier version (it would swap current/next piece in place) but I removed it
Lock delay should differ between SRS and Classic, examples being like locking instantly in classic using a soft drop where in SRS, only hard drops would lock the piece.
