Yeah! If you look at the code, its just a 2D array, so, instead of drawing squares to determine if a cell is 1 or 0, you could set a sprite if its 1. Then offset, scale, and rotate them all around the player (rotating would require SIN() and COS() usage)
Kid, listen. You aren't a special snowflake. You can't change the world. There's nothing you can do to greatly impact the world at your age. You can't save Miiverse. There's nothing to gain from Miiverse anymore in Nintendo's eyes, so they pulled the plug.
Miiverse has SEVERELY crumbled over the years. Now it's a bleak, boring, and dying social media platform. The Wii U is dead, the 3DS is pretty much dead due to the extreme hax, and the Switch has no connectivity to Miiverse whatsoever. It was clear as day for a long time that Miiverse was going to end very soon.
Hence why I used the word "try". Do you even know what it means? It doesn't guarantee success. Don't you get it? It doesn't matter wether we accomplish anything or not. What matters is that we tried. We didn't just let it crumble before our eyes, like you are. We made a stand. Even if nothing comes of this, we didn't just give up. (Last post. I would really appreciate if you reflected on this.)
(Now that I have posts again, I can finish what I was saying.)
It's not about being a "special snowflake" or "changing the world" or even all about saving Miiverse. It's about getting up off your chair and fighting for what you believe in. I hope you realize this now.
