my simple mml writer is almost ready to launch the first version! it so far can write mml, save it (to clipboard), choose the speed, play it, and delete it. i cant figure out how to take a letter out of the string.. anyone know..? so i just have to add that and the sound (instruments stuff). maybe a few other things too..

Taking a letter out from a string is equivalent to replacing the letter in the string with null letter (""). If you take "E" out from "ABCDEFG", do as follows. ST$="ABCDEFG" ST$=SUBST$(ST$,5-1,1,"") ?ST$

I'm excited for this because I'm terrible at MML! :/ Also I'm leaving to visit my uncle for 4 days tomorrow so I probably won't be active during that time.

yeah, I made it mainly for that purpose lol.. I though about writing a MML song and decided to make my own MML writer because it would be a big help in the long run, though there are many things I don't know how to do (mml commands) though hopefully I can get most to work lol.
