What do you think of the title screen?

I like it. The tiles the text is on reminds me of an NES game.

I think it is better to draw water around the grass field to clarify that it is an island.

I feel like i'm spamming questions left and right, but how would I create a title screen?

Well it depends on how you want the title screen to be but this might help.
