Level editors aren't that hard to make. The hardest part is to make the actual game for the level editor, which I would imagine being difficult with something like Super Mario Maker. As for most of the rest of these, I hope that you're either joking or young and dreamful. Sure, you could make them with hard work, but it would be very hard and/or laggy.

Even if you do manage to make those games, how will you distribute them? SmileBoom doesn't like copyrighted content on their servers and would most likely remove your programs.
