Got new controls for Rakugaki Brawl. But progress has been real slow. I can't make pixel sprites. I need help with this. At the moment which control setting suits you?
Now this is a game. It's got that gunvolt feel to it. This was made by a guy in the japanese community. And I encourage you to do it. I saw the screenshots of his game and it's awesome. BTW to the person that made this, was I close to an A rank?
Hey! Sorry for not tuning in lately. But here are two different control settings for Rakugaki Brawl. Let me know what you think, and which control setting you think is better.
Manage to make a pause screen! Well this design is only for show, I might need to re-design it. But this pause screen shows you the moveset of a character you're playing. Like in Kirby Fighters.
Here's the Semi-Finished battle screen. I'll make an Alpha Demo with this. This will feature only one stage and 3 characters. Lemme explain about the characters, there are only 3 classes: Light, Average, and Heavy. Light Class features a moveset that you can use to rack up high combos, but does little damage. Heavy is the complete opposite, and Average... You get the idea.
Did You Know?
There was a fighting game for the Nintendo 64 called Rakuga Kids, a fighting based on rakugaki. And here's the funny part, this was created by the mind behind the Castlevania series. Weird, huh?
Just got started on the first character of Rakugaki Brawl: Richard Rakugaki. I have a few ideas in mind. But I'm thinking that this game needs some creativity to it. Try drawing your own Rakugaki drawing! And post them on this post in the comments! I might put them in the game!
Found a Taiko Drum Master game. This game is good. TAKA was the one who made this. If you want to try it, feel free. Just know that this has been copyrighted by TAKA, I'm just advertising it. Keep up the good work. QK4JPX3D
Toon Fighters needs your support! I have been working on this for a bit.. But the character design is slow going. But with your support, we will make this a reality. And if this reaches 250 Yeahs before release, Toon will make an appearance in my next game: Rakugaki Brawl.
Okay. New update on Toon Fighters. I have been working on the moveset. I will resort back to the three-punch, three-kick button controls, but character design and the sprites is gonna take some time to make. In the meantime I'll try and finish up Toon as soon as possible.
Project Toon Fighters needs you! I'm looking for background artists, programmers, and mml artists. I'll handle character design. I just need help with the rest.
