That's not how it works. I'll have to make a new NNID, buy SmileBASIC again, get access to those special tools, and make EVERYTHING all over again. You need two WORKING 3DSes to do a system transfer. Yes, I do have the money to buy another 3DS, but I won't because the Nintendo Switch is literally just 15 days away.
