Hello everyone, I am sadly cancelling In The Dark. I had almost everything finished too. The reason behind this is because my 3DS is broken. And no, I will not be able to get back my progress on the game; I would have to rewrite it from scratch and recreate ALL of the assets which took forever to make in the first place. I'm sorry.

oh.. thats so sad... all these good programmers 3ds breaking, how is is broken? screen? water? droptest? siblings..? age..?!

im sorry to say this aiden, but you just said the worst 3ds noob thing, you cant simply change sd cards, lets say you have ssb cc3d terraria mk7, a bunch of games, you could just give someone the sd and download it on another sd card. everyone could get it for free. you need the nnid, there is a way to transfer data though.

dude, just stop, adrish learner isnt meant to be a game, hence the learner, its also really well made, it dosent matter if it just ends, its not A GAME. and you cant be going and saying that only one person likes it, others may like it but just not said so. theres other games to play you know, just go on SmileBasicSource theres tons of great keys to games.

I must say, generally speaking I would consider it extremely rude to say that someone elses game is bad. From what i've heard, Adrish learner is a FANTASTIC program. ON TOP OF THAT, it is a brand new, original language.

Also,since i can no longer make this game, i can finnally put more time into my game that Im releasing on PC, and the Switch!

@Hylian You can probably get your data back. Step 1: Buy the same type of 3ds that you had. Step 2: Take your SD card out of your broken 3DS. Step 3: Set up your 3DS that you bought. Step 4: Take your new SD card and put it in your computer. Step 5: Get your old SD card and put it in the computer to copy the files to it. Step 6: Copy and paste your old files to the new SD card.

Step 7: take out the old SD card. Step 8: put the SD card in the 3DS that you just bought. Step 9: Enjoy :)

That's not how it works. I'll have to make a new NNID, buy SmileBASIC again, get access to those special tools, and make EVERYTHING all over again. You need two WORKING 3DSes to do a system transfer. Yes, I do have the money to buy another 3DS, but I won't because the Nintendo Switch is literally just 15 days away.

I think the Nintendo Switch will be fantastic, just as every other Nintendo console. I don't play Nintendo consoles for 3rd party support, power, and etc. I play Nintendo Consoles for the exclusive games, like Mario, Zelda, Metroid, Pokemon, Fire Emblem, and sucvh. That wouldn't work either due to.... complications. *cough*cfw*cough*

No, as I said. It's cancelled forever, but the game I'm working on is 3D and open world. That's all I can say right now.

You read my mind. XD As i stated before, yes it will be on PC (Steam) and maybe on the Switch (hopefully). Later this year or perhaps early next year, I will start a Kickstarter campaign. And Parallel Realities isn't what the title, "Parallel Allusions", is hinting to, that'll be too obvious. Just... Look up the definition of "Allusions".

Well, that'll be explained when it starts. Backer's will most likely get a copy of the game when it releases. I'll explain everything in much more detail when I start it.
