I guess that SB is going to get released after the release of the Switch. The problem is more likely Nin10do and not Smileboom, because Europeans Homebrewed´ SmileBasic, so they propably wanna be more careful. Please wait for the EU release and don't pirate it!

some of the info that led to the exploit was actually discovered by the US users, and independently at some other time by Japanese users. it's not really fair to blame an entire continent on an exploit anyway, NoE is really just more strict in general due to really tight regulations over there, which is why it's taking so long

Yeah, but smealum and yellows8 were part of creating the exploit. Anyways, got a US console from a friend to play smilebasic :D
