@V360, I am not upset that they are coming to 3ds. My reasons
1. I do not have a wii-u and can't get one
2. 3ds ports are very rare and are awesome when they come almost as good as the console (Super Mario Maker 3ds) or even better! (Yoshis wooly world 3ds)
3. I am going to get both of these because they look to be very great games.
4. I wasn't upset at this direct, in fact it was better than some
I didn't mind the Wii U ports and I was very happy about Picross 3D 2! The only mildly disappointing news for me was that the new Mario Sports game is exclusive to 3DS and that the football (soccer) game within it isn't more "Mario Strikers"-oriented.
I was expecting mario maker 3DS since the beginning since it had a bottem screen, for a year it never came out,so I didn't think it would happen.I was surprised when it was announced.
To everyone who wants a key, i have nothing to give. As I said in my earlier post, all my stuff got deleted, save for the old achievements project. Luckily, I found Clepto's sprites, but aside from that, I have no more files. I would work on re-programming, but:
1) Mario Maker is coming to 3ds anyways
2) My touch screen doesn't work properly.
Also, that's an old screenshot I use to make posts
Also, yeah, it stinks you can't post stuff
They could make up for it by making a world map like in SMW and allow players to make their own games.... I'm still a bit confused as to why the theme was NSMB U instead of 2....
For some reason alot of people hate pikman 3DS,they're already starting petitions to take it down similar to metroid federation force, but when that game released it was good,I hate when people hate on a game that isn't even out yet.And color splash is another example why wont people play a game with an open mind?Sticker star as a GAME was pretty good, compared to the other games not really.
And pikman 3DS is in good hands, with the master of platformers himself miyomoto(not sure if I spelt that right) when will people understand that pikman 3DS isn't pikman 4 and metroid pff isn't the new metroid game, pikman 3DS is a spin off as well as metroid pff,the new games are still confirmed to still be in development, and confirmed to have nothing to do with the spin offs.So do some research
@DAVESTER, I played Sticker Star with an open mind and was disappointed. As a game it was OK, but I'm not upset about it being an OK game. I'm upset that they stripped away everything that was special about Paper Mario. It was originally supposed to be the game I wanted but Miyamoto stepped in and decided it wasn't innovative enough and gave us what we got. So when a new game is revealed and looks
like it's building off of Sticker Star and has Miyamoto working on it, I think that's all the research I need to not want to spend $60. For what it's worth, I'm looking forward to federation force and I'm curious about pikmin 3ds. But color splash isn't a spin-off or a side project.
In my opinion, Yes and no. The game itself looks decent. the paint mechanic might actually be cool, but it doesn't belong in the Paper Mario series. If this wasn't a Paper Mario game, or if it was just a spin-off I'd definitely be a lot more supportive, but it's not. I don't necessarily hate the game, just that it's replacing my favorite RPG series
That wasn't where I was going, but it might fight better there actually. I'm not saying replace tried and true combat and action commands with cards, but considering the previous games like Inside Story, and Dream Team paint would fit better as a compliment to Mario and Luigi's ability to affect the world than it would to replace partners that allow you to get to new places
Also, I don't think the card system fits in anywhere in an RPG that has an existing battle system. Also like I said I didn't mean the Mario Luigi series would be a better fit, I was thinking like a new 3D game or a spin-off. Just something that wouldn't take away from something else.
Sorry, I meant it wouldn't be the best fit. I definitely think the paint mechanics would fit better in Mario and Luigi than it would in Paper Mario, but I don't mean it's necessarily the best fit
