"40 characters and 30 stage" Whoa whoa whoa, slow down there. 1) I'm pretty sure you can't have "Smash Bros." in the title due to copyright. 2) You can't use copyrighted characters like Mario, Link or Sonic, BTW. 3) As I said, slow down! Don't plan too far ahead. Make a basic testing character and stage first. One of the only fighting games in SB ever made only has one stage and two characters.

DigitalGeneration Sounds like you are trying to name a generation, it doesn't sound like a company name. Also, Don't add in characters like Mordecai, as I'm pretty sure since regular show is copyrighted, he would be too. Add in your own original characters, or just use default characters (like the mage, or knight), Though if you did use defaults then people may accuse you of copying SPB.
