We are working very hard to deliver SmileBASIC to countries outside Japan and it will be available in spring next year.
In the meanwhile Petit Computer is still the latest version available at Nintendo eShop. So we believe that you can enjoy playing with Petit Computer to create your own program in BASIC until SmileBASIC will be available next year.
Unfortunately, due to Nintendo’s regulation neither Nintendo or we are able to provide refunds for erroneous purchase.

I was just surprised by America only having the 1st gen(DSi Ware) of this game while Japan already has the 4th gen.(3DS Platform) I didn‛t mean for my comment to get much attention. BTW I live in America. Sorry for the trouble.
