Here's an idea: make it find software in the project folder and make a folder inside your game to load that software.

That's pretty much how it's going to work. You can select a PRG, then load it, then turn it into a special type of PRG: a CODE_ file. Then they'll be stored in the ZOS folder, where you can run them or put them on the desktop.

How do you get it To Track the Correct time and Date?

Very simple, TIME$ and DATE$. Or something like that. Though I made a function for the words of months.
