Yeah, it's 'Lunar Saviors' by Rwiiug, the guy that made that popular drawing with the key for 100 BGMs he made. If you load this up and pick 'Story' then this comes up. No idea what it means though.

It's been 100 years since humans moved to the Moon.
Ten years ago, MOTHER, the system that made moon habitable, suddenly went berserk and attacked the Earth. A war between the Moon and the Earth thus broke out.
Now, the Moonlings have all been annihilated and the Earthlings also suffered great loss. While there's no life on Moon, MOTHER is still attacking Earth.
