You need many different tutorials. Learning BG commands is probably the most important.

I didn't learn using tutorials. I just played with people's code for a while. I learned mainly by messing around with the sample RPG in the original Petit Compe, so you should do the same for this. Eventually it will all come together. Start by changing the data statements and seeing how that affects the game.

There are some tutorials on smilebasicsource.com for reference, or the linked manual in the program. I'd elaborate too much on it.

Yeah, I didnt learn with tutorials either. Learning was one of my favorite parts.

Thanks for the advice.When I got the game yesterday,I was like "Im going to create a Life Sim and Be super Famous" Then I saw the blank screen with codes. It's gonna be harder than I thought.lol
