There is an error in 6...working on a menu...any ideas on why this happened?

You should enclose print strings in DOUBLE QUOTES. In my opinion, you've used wrong character instead of double quotes.

Yeah, that's the wrong double-quote character. Which key on the keyboard did you use to put that in?

I pressed the heart..then the third area

Look for upper left corner on normal keyboard. (between ! and #)
