He might just have just modified his settings so that only friends can comment on his posts.

Sorry for the late reply and using your jump code. I honestly didn't know it was yours. Anyways, I've only blocked 1 person in my entire life. Probably I changed my settings for only Wii U friends to comment? I'll change it back and let me know if it doesn't work. Again, sorry for using your jump code.
