I downloaded a "Game" what now? This is very confusing..

Any tips? I just started this and have no idea what to do (I am not a programmer). I read the whole manual with my parent..Do you have to be a " Programmer" To be able to use this? Any tips will be greatly appreciated.

How does it work? Is it hard? Is it fun? What can you make?
