I met convert the video in to several high compressed images.

I just thought of something!! Would it be cool if cutscenes were pre-rendered? I know it's possible. (Cite Bad Apple video) It would probably be at a low resolution and frame rate, but there is always room for improvement.

@Darklord I'd rather play the virtual console version, because I was introduced to pokemon when I was 8 (2009) But BW2 was my first game. can you add touch screen controls? Because Agar.io is alot better on touch screen trust me.
