How do I make it load 0-3?

Oh my... xD

The house is the second layer, and the grass is the first. Right now it only shows the grass layer.

I'm having trouble loading this map. It's either saying out of range or it's not showing a layer.

I need your help again, since no one else wants to help me. xP

Heres what I have.

I did it, now it only shows one layer on the top. Theres suppose to be a grass layer, and one layer has a house. It only shows the grass layer.

It says my BGFILL is out of range, any suggestions on how to fix it?

I'm not doing them anymore. Right now, as you can see on this post, I'm making some games. :P
