Unless the Japanese creator gives their explicit consent, we'd better not touch their codes, and that includes translation. You don't need to know Japanese to control the game. Use the circle pad to navigate, A or B to fire, X to switch camera angles, Y to pause, and Up and Down to adjust depth.
