Just doing a little test with SBPARCHIVER (not created by me). You might see more of these later on, and you can de-archive them freely. This one is the EX1TEXT file from the SYS folder.

EDIT: Doesn't work; just says Invalid UTF-8 Sequence when you de-archive it.
