ok so the code in the screenshot is fairly simple, it supports circle pad and d pad, you can test around with it, if you want i can show you the one that works with bgofs too.

I'm back. The movement engine works, so now we need to make the opening cutscene, which should be easy enough. It's going to show the Bigley Bang, which is how Miiverse was created according to Miiverse lore.

i will tell you guys basic storyline, (very shortened vers)
unknown craft is found flying dangerously close to the £eviathan base, not knowing how he got there so suddenly they deploy all weapons into standby, ↓↓↓
when the craft does not respond to communication of any type, we are forced to fire on it, somehow the ship disables all the weapons and the entire base is hit by a pulse of energy frying the power, with no defence the unknown ships crew walks in unharmed takes a vital chip of dangerous imformation.
leaves, captain ethan responds to a distress signal send by the energy disturbance, go's after the
ship but in the chase the ship stops and two pirate ships jump out of hyperspace attacking captain ethans ship from behind, the unknown ship takes of and ethans ship is badly damaged in the battle, pirates leave him stranded.. this is where gameplay begins, you find captain ethan stranded and help him fix hip ship, in return he will take you anywhere you want to go.

J.P., it sounds good enough, but it's a bit over-the-top. You should start out in a spaceship station of some sort without an explanation, and you're launched out in a bad spaceship which gets better over time. You learn the story and your backstory as you explore. But you do you, I guess.

£eviathan has put a bounty on us we come to their base to see if there was any misunderstandings, where there we are met with hostility, after a fight they capture us and begin to question us, they show us the footage and we are very confused, while at the same time in trouble.
after captain ethan and i get a chance at breaking free, we know we wont be able to escape and get in communication with
Timelady, (aka my GF) we make a quick call and are captured again, later just in time she comes and helps us escape.
we go on a quest to find out who impersonated us, also Timelady (actually she has another name, but thats just for now cause i dont wanna give all the details) as the name suggests has a time machine, (actually in the story its mine, but she is using it) so we go back in time to
see who did it, to clear our name, also the time machine holds us in a certain time but after a certain amount of time it brings us back to the time and date we left.
so ill skip a lot of the rest but basically a £eviathan bounty hunter is taken back in time to find and kill us, only they chase us into the £eviathan base where we are in a big battle damaging the hunters ship and setting off a

@Kibble To be honest, that "MemeQuest" project of yours should be put on hold for now, unless you're going to be the only one working on it. It sounds almost exactly like my Miiverse RPG.

I know that i'm not a part of this group, but @Noah, i could help you out a little. But i will only help you so that i can fix all of the issues, like for example, the part with the magazine. Cover girl is a Make-up, not a magazine, i can see how you got confused though. If you want to know which magazine you should have said, it should have been Play girl (don't ask how i know).
This team is wonko. Some days we're discussing like crazy, some days nothing. But I guess it doesn't matter because I heard someone say Miiverse is shutting down in a few months. :(
So, since I was stuck and couldn't progress in making the Miiverse game, I'm starting a new sub-project: Cliche-Quest. Basically, you play as a character in a movie. The writer suggests a cliche'd plot, and the director takes it. You have to save the other characters from the movie and knock some sense into the director and writer.
@king here's the latest version (its the conduct because still fighting coruption issues and maybe the changes i applied to it didn't save to this version of this file) i only added the cover girl thing just to be obnoxious so if you want to completely change it go ahead also if you know a thing or two about sprite functions add it cause that would be great
but where in the code do you place them is my main problem cause if you look at my code all of it (except a couple things but you can blame corruption for that) is there i just dont know where to place it
the curption i'm dealing with (its minor but still anyoing) is that in order to save you gotta make another file entirely cause i tried saving and it just doesn't save for some reason now
