Hosiken in Japan developed a "Petit Font Editor" I recommend you check out Key: [ZDVXVENV] (Once you download it, change line 9 so that it's in English not Japanese) It makes fonts much easier to make, and it is all added through code using FONTDEF, so no wasted graphics pages.
