Is it possible to make it so the player can't go into the code and find all the secret passwords? (like villit did in his "escape the office" game)

I would try and make a random code of corresponding letters and numbers. Ex. a-25, b-13, c-17, d-9, e-15 Ext. That's how I did it on Petit Computer.

I've been wondering this myself, but even a code like Nathaniel said would't be hard to crack. I may start experimenting with 'mock' encryption. Is it possible to encrypt with SB?

Well I know that it HAS to be somewhat possible if villit was able to...I just can't figure out how...
