So i was watching youtube and learning how to make the little stick figure move but for some reason it dosn't work it says there's some sort of problem with my first locate (LOCATE X,Y:)

You can't use ':' Change that to ;

You can (and have to) use :, but X and Y are valued way beyond the accepted values for the console screen. Try changing X=190:Y=129 to smaller values like X=10:Y=5.
