well if enemies come to u then its a turn based battle

I was referring to like, How RPGS Like Persona, Original Final Fantasy's Worked. Like you select an attack and it goes by turn, and when and enemie encounter happens it branches off into another place and you fight there. Open world means the enemies Randomly appear and you fight them on map. :)
