i had an idea, the idea is to use a sprite and make something then get it and blow it up a ton to use as a map and to add collision just check the color in the area of the player, which would be a boxed area in the middle, but is it possible to check the color in a certain area? and if so, how?

Just realized you cannot see some lines, let me type them for you. I'm not typing out line 16 because it is not important, it just prints out coordinates. Line 23: COL%=GSPOIT(ROUND(ABS(X)+.5)/SCALE+(399/2)/SCALE+U*16,ROUND(ABS(Y))+.5)/SCALE+(239/2)/SCALE+V*16)

well ive been busy with other stuff (been wanting to do this) but to blow it up you turn it into a sprite and use spscale, anyways ill get to doing this tonight.
